Shields Up!

This is the companion to last week's blog post

The modification of my shield spell is meant to be short easy to recall and easy to modify when necessary. Place your hand over your heart and say (aloud or silently)

Prejudice I will not fear

The Lord and Lady are always here.

Then when you are ready to go go out, say the fallowing

To fear and anger I will not yield

I now engage my witch's shield!
